Modular building, as a novelty form of building solution is made up of single flat pack 20ft container house module which provides various possibilities to your residential applications.

Standard floor load of storage porta cabin is 250 kg / m2, while for heavier products or goods storage, the static load of the steel structure is calculated according to given requirements or purpose.

In the production process of storage containers, standardly floor is made of waterproof plywood, while other types of materials such as anti-slip aluminum, mat, rubber, steel, etc... install the application according to specification.

C. Toilet Containers - sanitary and WC containers
Sanitary containers are produced separately as self standing or combined with prefabricated buildings, office containers, storage containers, mobile homes etc. Toilet containers are used as containers for construction engineers and workers as well as a modern and flexible sanitary prefabricated buildings according to ISO and CE standards for beaches, concerts, public meetings, etc. Construction of sanitary containers as EUROSTANDARD is flexible and modular way which provides the possibility of extending or reducing sanitary space at any time.
With standard built-in thermal insulation, we offer a choice of different thermal insulation with respect to the location weather and climate characteristics.
Regardless of the standard layout solutions, dimensions and configuration, we give the possibility of personalized production - custom made or individual project based production. The sanitary toilet containers standardly made with PVC windows and doors, thermal insulation, power supply wiring, showers, fully equipped toilet cubicle with sink, toilet, water tank, toilet paper holder, hooks for goods. During the process of producing sanitary containers, ceramic tiles are installed on the floor finish with other types materials such as corrugated sheet or rubber dependant on the application and specification.

We are specialized in manufacturing individual complex of containers / modular buildings. Containers / modules are assembled in serial factory production from serial manufactured elements. They come to the market as finished product as residential or office, sanitary / toilet, storage space equipped with or without equipment. Complex of containers / modular buildings system is usually used for building as kindergartens, schools, clinics, offices, sports, tourism and labor camps with all necessary facilities: accommodation spaces, bathrooms, playrooms, kitchens and restaurants up to churches. The facilities built with construction system provide a very high standard of work or living. E. Flat Pack Containers - office and storage FLAT PACK containers
FLAT PACK containers are intended for use in distant locations in reduced transport dimensions. When compared to standard containers, FLAT PACK containers offer up to 4 times less transport space. The time for assembly on location (two persons) is approximately 45 minutes.
FLAT PACK office / storage containers or FLAT PACK modular buildings for construction sites or as a multi-year temporary facility / office container are used for installations of big distances to save transport costs.
Individual modules / complex modular offices
Individual modules as FLAT-PACK (packed container) come on the market where they are used as independent, individual or they are part of a system of modular building structures. Truck can handle up to 4 (or 8) containers in FLAT PACK containers.
Lifting by crane
Lifting by crane one by one, possible also with forklift with adequate construction, if container doesn't have forklift holes. Truck can handle up to 4 (or 8) containers in FLAT PACK. Each unit is 650 mm in height if wall panels are up to 100 mm. Each unit is 700 mm in height if container has also inner walls and doors (another room).

Process, fabrication and quality control standard on welding groove/beveling of steel structure
1. Purpose
To ensure the welding quality, meeting up the technical requirements of welded members and improve the standardization of our fabrication, we specially formulate this regulation.
2. Application scope
This manual apply for the design, fabricate and inspection of groove joint in terms of manual arc welding, CO2 arch welding, mixed gas arch welding, submerged arc welding and electroslag welding.
3. Design of welding groove
3.1 Key points on design welding groove:
In order to obtain quality groove, it is necessary to choose appropriate form of groove. The option of groove mainly depends on the thickness of base metal, welding method and craftsmanship requirements. The followings are the factors we need to consider:
- minimize the amount of filler metal
- easy for beveling
- in convenience for welding operation and slag removal
- After welding stress and deformation should be as small as possible
3.2 Groove direction:
We will consider the following factors for the groove direction:
- A) in favor of welding process and removing slag and leave enough space for welding process on the fusion face
- B) minimize the times of flip-flop during welding
- C) way of fit-up in actual welding
3.3. Regulation on groove direction of members:
3.3.1 Butt welding on H section rafter/column (when CJP-complete joint penetration and single side fusion is required)
1) When there is no welding backing, the groove orientation on flange plates should be same and falls on the direction in favor of welding on web plates (same rules apply for the PJP situation). Please refer to illustration 1.
2) When there is welding backing, we require the groove direction being outward for the flange plates (opposite direction for web plates) and still falls on the direction in favor of welding on web plates. Please refer to illustration 2.
3) Butt-welding on construction site: we require all the grooves should be bevelled on the upper rafter/column when it comes to bolt connection for web plates (see illustration 3). For the scenario of welding on web plates, please refer to the illustration 4.
3.3.2 Box column (groove on itself). See illustration 5.
4. Welding groove form
4.1. Mark on form and size of welding joint groove:
Example: Shielded metal arch welding, complete joint penetration, butt welding, I shape groove, welding backing and single side weld would be marked MC-BI-BS1.
