Product Overview: According to the layout provided by the customer's equipment supplier, our designers designed and quoted the steel structure part. Roof and wall using color steel plate and glass silk wool composite and glass silk wool sandwich board two practices, different areas to take different methods, good sound insulation and heat preservation at the same time also save costs.
Portal rigid frame structure, the main structure is composed of high-quality processed steel components such as H steel, Round tube, C-shaped steel, angle steel and round steel. It is composed of multiple processes such as welding, sandblasting, and painting (some steel components are galvanized). The engineer's design calculation and multiple tests ensure that the amount of steel used is optimized and the cost is saved under the condition of safety and durability.

- All steel structure weld components are packed with blanket or bubble-wrap to avoid scratch during loading and unloading.
- All steel structures are packed in steel pallets together into container, saving loading and unloading time and labor costs.
- All sandwich panels are packed in steel pallets.
- Material components will follow a detailed container load plan, as well as a regional unloading plan to avoid retransportation on site.
